1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you", or "your") and cv999d (hereinafter "cv999d", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at cv999d.app, including all associated subpages, applications, and features.

By creating a cv999d account, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager on the cv999d platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion's terms take precedence for that specific offer only.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the cv999d platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. cv999d enforces a strict minimum age of 18 and will not knowingly permit any person under this age to register or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from cv999d or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf, using your own funds, and you are the sole authorised user of the payment method used to deposit into your cv999d account.

cv999d may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point — including at registration, at the point of a withdrawal request, or following a high-value deposit. Acceptable identity documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Per User

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, cv999d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from bonus funds across the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your cv999d login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and secure. Any activity that takes place under your account is deemed to be your activity and your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally authorised it.

3.4 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to ensure that your registered mobile number and any other account details remain accurate and current. If your mobile number changes, you must update your account details promptly and contact the support team to re-verify your identity. cv999d uses your registered mobile number as a primary security and communication channel; an outdated number may prevent you from receiving OTP codes or important account notifications.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on cv999d — including deposits and withdrawals — are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account belongs to another individual — are not accepted. cv999d reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the receiving cv999d account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours (10:00 AM – 12:00 AM BST, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

cv999d reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your national identity card (NID), a screenshot of the sending payment account confirming ownership, and proof of the deposit transaction. These checks are conducted as standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measures and do not imply any accusation of wrongdoing.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All balances, bets, winnings, and transaction amounts are displayed and settled in BDT. cv999d does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own transaction fees — these are beyond cv999d's control and are your responsibility to understand before initiating a transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cv999d operates in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The platform monitors account activity for patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or abuse. Where suspicious activity is identified, cv999d reserves the right to freeze the relevant account, request supporting documentation, and delay the processing of withdrawals until the matter has been investigated and resolved to the satisfaction of the compliance team.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

cv999d regularly offers bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the individual offer page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your cv999d account cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a specified number of times — the wagering requirement — before the resulting balance (up to any applicable maximum cashout limit) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated on the offer page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.

5.2 Eligible Games & Minimum Odds

Not all games or betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets each carry different contribution percentages as specified per offer. For sports betting bonuses, a minimum odds threshold (typically 1.50 or above) applies to each qualifying bet. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv999d employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine betting intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit offer mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, cv999d reserves the right to void the bonus, void all winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

cv999d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the site notification centre. Bets already placed under a promotion's qualifying conditions at the time of any change will be honoured under the original terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cv999d platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in good faith toward the platform, its staff, and other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cv999d:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match-fixing & insider betting: Placing bets on events where you have access to material non-public information, or where you have any involvement in the outcome of the event.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with game interfaces without human input.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of manifest platform errors, miscalculated odds, or software bugs to place bets. Any bets placed on the basis of an obvious error will be voided.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider without first contacting cv999d support to resolve the matter. Accounts subject to an active chargeback will be suspended pending resolution.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward cv999d staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or creating an account on behalf of a third party without their explicit knowledge and consent.

cv999d reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including voiding bets, suspending or closing accounts, retaining balances pending investigation, and reporting relevant activity to appropriate authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

cv999d may suspend or close your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the platform to cease providing services to the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is a current employee or close family member of a cv999d employee.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided winnings will be returned to the verified payment source, subject to the completion of identity verification and AML checks.

You may request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If you are closing your account because gambling is causing you concern, please inform the support team so that the closure can be logged as a responsible gaming closure, which carries additional protections regarding future re-registration.

8. Limitation of Liability

cv999d provides the platform on an "as available" and "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may be required from time to time; advance notice of scheduled maintenance will be posted in the site notification centre where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv999d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Any interruption to platform services caused by factors outside cv999d's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your misunderstanding of game rules, bet types, or bonus terms where those rules and terms were clearly communicated on the platform at the time of play.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cv999d's liability in cases of gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by cv999d.
